Though I was not there personally, I was helping my son remotely on his first solo long distance trip when the Starter died. My car was towed to FMC Automotive. First thing in the morning John called me for some detail of the issue. I described the situation to the best of my ability and John suspected it was the Starter and said he would take a look but would not do anything until he discussed the diagnosis with me. Sure enough, it was the Starter and he was able order and replace the Starter the same day. From some searches online their price was very reasonable. Not the lowest, but definitely not the highest. John, I definitely appreciate the detail and updates thorough out the repair process.
