I was very pleased to hear that Paso Ford, was offering to remedy the recall emissions for my 2019 F150, with a home visit. The appointment was set and Sean, the technician, let me know through a text that he would be on time. He did arrive at the designated time and proceeded with the software update. He was professional, polite, informative and finished quickly. I am very impressed and pleased how everything went. I have been coming to Paso Ford since I’ve owned the F150 and this experience reenforces why I continue to have them service my F150.

1pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Completed in 30 minutes at a great price. Service so good I would almost be willing to drive from my home, (Twin Falls , Idaho), to have them service my F150. Thanks.

I had another wonderful experience over at Paso Ford! It was very quick and had no hassle. I was able to talk to my Salesman, Kevin, and at the same time the team helped me in figuring out my reward points. I was able to receive them just in time so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for my oil change. So happy I bought my Bronco in Paso Robles!!!! 5/5 in service and care!

Walking in to the Paso Ford service dept is like going home; everyone is so sweet, helpful, & happy to see you. I appreciate the ease of scheduling & being able to text or call to get a service date scheduled, then having them drop you off wherever you need to go while your car is getting worked is such a bonus. Plus, they actually have great deals & honor the Ford deals from the Ford app. It's just so nice to have great communication, comfort while getting work done, & decent deals, coupons & prices. 😁👍
