I went here two days in a row hoping to use this business and be a returning customer. The first day I came in, I was bringing my car that had died on the road and I came by to ask them for a jumper cable to bring my car, we had a little disagreement because he said it was an expensive cable so I need to leave a deposit. When I saw the cable I said fine, I left him my card. Bought oil from him and when and brought the car to him. He was to look for an oil leak, tie up a panel underneath, replace TPMS sensor and a a battery. Well I bought a battery, came through and asked him to do everything. He charged me a somewhat reasonable rate of $254. I went on to do smog which the car failed because of a thermostat and coolant temperature sensor. I went on to buy OEM parts from Chevy took it back to him to change it. He couldn’t finish it so the next day he sends me pics that the thermostat had been removed from the car. After the replacement of the sensor and thermostat, when I go to pick up the car, he charges me $461 in total. Mind you I bought the parts. His reasoning is that I never asked for the price. Because Arthur I didn’t think that you’ll charge me an insane amount of money for changing a thermostat.” Be Careful with this place.

I've been taking my car here for several years. Arthur, the general manager, is awesome. The prices are fair, the and the work done is excellent. I'm invited to view the parts that need replacement and invited again to see them before they are discarded. I replaced nearly every moving part in my 1998 Maxima and never trusted by car at a dealership. I highly recommended Formula Automotive Group in Glendale and look forward to bring my new C-Max here for service in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Formula Automotive Group this past weekend! The people were so welcoming and nice, and the customers were chatting with me about saying how great the place is for all types of services. I will definitely be using them from now on for ALL of my car needs!

We had a really good experience with FORMULA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP. They were able to get us taken care of the day we stopped in and they were fast and efficient. The mechanics were really nice and informative! I'd definitely go there again if I have car trouble.
