People are pleasant in service. But, they are under staffed when a serious concern of a radiator leak requires more than 5 weeks out just to get someone to take a simple look at the situation to confirm how serious. I tried to schedule the quick look with a service and they stated cannot do it. On phone I scheduled the standard maintenance for a few days form the call and the radiator review for 5 weeks out. I verbally repeated the plan with the scheduler. I then get one email confirmation for the two appointments. I reply back asking for the second repeating what was agreed on the call. I got no response. I show up as verbally agreed and of course they did not have me on their schedule. I should have forced the confirmation but I hate chasing people that make commitments and do not follow through.

Although I really dislike going to dealerships service centers because of past bad experiences, Matt really made the process easy for me. He was professional, friendly, not pushy, and kept me updated on my car. I also really liked the convenience of approving work online and a status report at the end of service. Would definitely take my car back and work with Matt.

Recently experienced having an engine control system notification while traveling to Michigan from New York. Mike, the service consultant, was very helpful as I stopped in without appointment to ask if way to determine what issue was and if was safe to continue driving. Mike was able to determine could be a critical issue and also one that, luckily, could be fairly easily addressed. He made sure was addressed and also asked that I let him know or stop by a day or so later while I was still in town to ensure that was no ongoing issue before I traveled back to New York. I was impressed and grateful.

Had my car serviced here and I couldn't be more pleased. Matthew in service was exceptionally helpful with the process and the updates from the techs were great. Amazing job service team!

Your standard service facility. It is clean. What I rated for is that you can’t ever speak to anyone here. I call non stop throughout the day and no one returns or answers the phone.
