This is the worst repair shop in town, don't go! You would be better off taking your car to a dealership than trust the people at Francisco's. You will get quoted a price and called later and told there is a ton of extra work required, if you're called at all. I am filing a claim with BAR to get my grievances addressed and this business cited for their poor ethics. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Called to get a quote on replacing my brake pads and rotors for 2018 Audi Q7. Price was in line with another local independent shop but liked the reviews with Francisco’s so went with them. I also asked them to look at the engine mounts and bushing as Fletcher Jones Audi told me I should replace them. Francisco called me an hour later and said the bushings and mounts looked good so no need to replace. Now that’s when you know you have an honest man. They have earned my future business.

This facility came recommended by the tow truck driver (Mandic). Looking back, it looks like it was a referral for a fee. Francisco likes to talk: about his credentials; the quality of his work, about the guarantee for the repairs, about his experience of dealing with insurance companies and the process of supplemental requests (SR). My experience was the opposite. My car ended up being at his shop for almost 2 months: he turned out incredibly incompetent, blaming the insurance company for all delays with SRs, letting my car sit for weeks (added up) when he didn’t receive a response to an SR, instead of following up with me or with State Farm. Story: he would tell me how he has experience working as an insurance agent in the past (the name of the company changes). Reality: I ended up spending hours (dozens of phone calls, emails) mediating between him and State Farm, driving to his shop, essentially doing his work. (He thanked me for doing that). Story: shortly before I finally picked up the car (nearly 2 months after dropping it off), Francisco told me on the phone he “wanted to test drive the car himself extensively, to make sure everything was right”. Reality: after a few days I noticed a new vibration at higher speed, the first time I took it on the freeway. When I asked him if he test drove it: “I don’t remember”. He started to become very uncooperative (remember his "repair guarantee"?), and refused to do further troubleshooting, because he “thought” it was the tires. When I called him out on his incompetence and lies on the phone, he tried to talk over me, and then hung up on me. To my email he replied: “I hope you are not upset because I refuse to commit insurance fraud”. The NERVE of this clown!! My car was flawless before the accident, and even if I wanted to, I couldn’t add anything unrelated to the repair list. Now it is nearly 2 months after I got the car back, and he still hasn’t provided an invoice. I made about 15 requests in person/on the phone/per email. As usual, he is full of excuses: "he was waiting for a final SR approval”, “really busy right now”, “too many customers at the moment”. I filed complaints with the BBB and BAR (bureau of automotive repair). Footnotes: Story: car will be washed before I come pick it up. Reality: car was covered in dirt from sitting outside for 2 months Story: website states they have 3 full-time drivers for customer service rides Reality: “our driver is in Long Beach right now” (same story on 2 different occasions). Had to get an Uber. Story: when I asked him if he received my email, he told me he never gets any emails, he gave up on them (too much spam). Reality: the same day I asked his staff about emails: “we read every email to him”. I could go on, but I already wasted too much time on this. If I never have to deal with this guy again, it will be too soon.

If I could leave 0 star I would. Called in morning regarding my sprinter van. Was asked to leave my name and phone number for Fransisco to give me a call back. Forward to 3pm and still no phone call back. Called again at 3pm, told girl at reception Francisco never called, so she had him give me a call right back. Finally on the phone with Francisco, and he tells me : "Let me know when you're at my shop, and I'll meet you there". Literally took 10 minutes to drive there, and no one knows where Fransisco is, and he is not answering his phone! The receptionist finally gets a hold of him but somehow, we can no longer speak to him in person bc apparently he is no longer meeting us at the shop. In recap, called am, no call back, told us to meet here at shop but doesn't show up. He did make sure to let us know that diagnostic would be over $300, eventhough we kept telling him we already had the van diagnosed in Arizona when we were traveling!

Additional info to previous assessment: Francisco had my car for almost 2 months (!) after an accident with front end suspension damage. He replaced several damaged suspension parts, and when I received the car back, I felt a vibration at speeds over 55mph. Made an appointment, dropped the car off at Francisco's, and at the end of the day was told by Francisco that they didn't do any troubleshooting, because he and 2 other mechanics "thought" it was the tires. Became rude and loud on the phone and then hung up on me. That's his "guarantee of repairs". Dropped the Jeep off at a REAL repair facility this morning, and they found a bent front driveshaft immediately after putting it on a lift. Did I mention that Francisco had my car for almost 2 months?!! This clown will talk like a waterfall about the quality of his shop, but he will not back it up, lie to your face, not follow instructions or agreed-on course of action, and left me with a memory of a stereotypical sleazy repair shop.
