My daughter who is new to LA had her car stall, so we Googled auto repair near where she lives. Come to find out the engine had a catastrophic failure. Although Frank could do the extensive repair, he suggested we replace the engine with the same engine, but a pre-owned version. He called to find the best motor he could find and installed the engine all in just one day! From my daughter's car having to be towed on Friday to having her car back on Wednesday the following week was incredible. Frank's communication was impeccable and he made the whole negative experience a lot better. Yes, it did cost money, but I feel that it was more than fair based on the amount of work involved. I trust Frank and will absolutely call on him for any auto repairs in the future. You should trust him too!

I took my car to get it repaired. Oil leak Siad he needed to clean the engine. I turned around the car is gone out the garage. I was never informed about the vehicle leaving the premises until I asked. Sigh! This gave me great anxiety. I asked the other mechanic where did Frank go he said to the car wash. I don't get how some people work on vehicles but don't communicate what they're doing. They did work on my car and I'm grateful but leaving with my car and nit telling me still does not sit well with me.

As we all know, it is very difficult to find an auto shop that puts the customer first. Frank’s auto center is transparent about the work being done to your vehicle and is very fair with their pricing. I came in to get some work done on my rear suspension after hitting a curb. When I came in to this shop to get my vehicle inspected, I received a breakdown of all the work that needs to be done on my vehicle and how it works. As someone who is not really well-versed when it comes to auto repair, the explanation that I was given helped me fully understand exactly what had to be done. This shop provides impeccable customer service and quality workmanship. I will definitely be coming back for all my auto repair needs!

Highly recommend. I took my newly bought 2008 Volvo here before I bought it to check it out. They were great and told me the good and the bad. I then used them afterwards to fix up the car. I've been three or four times. Mostly helped by Everth, he's been amazing but everyone has been knowledgeable and honest. More than that they always tried to do their best and offer good solutions. My father was in the car trade so I grew up around cars and mechanics, so I know a lot. They didn't know that but treated me more than fair Everytime. All the work they did looks to be a high standard. So I really would recommend this place and it's staff. It's small but it's somewhere I trust and for me that is so important. I hope if you're looking for a place and worried about where to go, know you're in good hands here.
