Business is conducted in an informative and efficient manner. They are fair and keep you aware of any changes in the agreed terms should that become necessary. Any deviation from the original agreement is followed up with great communication and gives you the opportunity to review and evaluate their findings. No pressure just suggested advice. From the office personnel to the staff of mechanics they are trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

Well, the plan was to drive from our house in Norcal down to Los Angeles, drop off the trailer, then head over to Arizona to visit our daughter for a few days, but somebody else had other plans in mind. Driving down Highway five south on an early Wednesday morning, and the truck started shacking as I applied for gas and load to the engine, after about an hour or so into our trip we pulled over at Harris Ranch, I pulled out my code reader, and it says a misfire on cylinder three. No problem, it’s most likely just a bad solenoid pack so it should be a pretty easy fix. I call my friend Paul who drove over from Tulare and picked up my trailer and had AAA drop my truck off at Frank’s automotive as I had previously contacted them that morning to see about making the repair on that solenoid . Dropped the truck off, they got started on it right away within the hour I received a phone call from Tim at Franks automotive stating that the solenoid is actually OK so they were gonna start investigating it a little further so that became the chain reaction of events that weren’t looking all too good . If you hours pass, and Tim states that they would like to change out the injector, which could potentially be clogged when the engine is under load, causing a misfire, no problem, let’s do it. By this time I had already contacted the hotel down in Arizona that we probably wouldn’t be arriving until late in the evening . They replaced the injector on cylinder three but it was still misfiring. So the decision was made to remove the drivers side valve cover so that we can see the internal lifters and rods moving, that’s when we found out that the intake push rod was hardly even moving the valve, which means that you have a flat lobe on the camshaft and that spells big trouble. So the options were to remove the cam and installing you head or replace the engine. I opted to replace the engine because I still plan on keeping the truck for a long time and I don’t want any other issues with the old components meddling with new components in an engine block.. so, Tim placed an order for a brand new engine, and within five days it was received, and they began service on it right away, within three days the truck was ready to go 100% and I couldn’t be any happier. Four year warranty with unlimited mileage and labor included on the warranty. Tim, Andy, and the rest of their crew were absolutely amazing to work with. I was informed at every step they took with complete confidence that I knew my baby was in good hands. Thank you so very much for all the amazing work you guys performed and continue to stand behind all of your craftsmanship. Hope you guys enjoyed that lunch! :)

Supported with excellent record keeping, preventative maintenance notifications and other essential recommended OEM repairs. Just give them a call, book your appointment for a convenient time, drop off vehicle. Simple dimples as that. Been having issues with a vibration in my car. Problem wasn’t fixed initially but they are doing everything they can in their power to help me out. Tim and Cesar do realize that some things are overly priced for certain parts and I appreciate them looking into finding other solutions after I spent a pretty penny with them. I appreciate what they do and t their service is super fast.
