Frank's Collision Centers

My Honda Clarity hit a large scrap of tire early one morning on the freeway and the damage to the front passenger side was extensive. My insurance company AAA, handled my claim and suggested Franks as a great auto body shop. I had used Franks services once before and I knew they would do an amazing job taking car of my car. My Service Adviser was Angel and he kept me informed and up to date on every step of the way. They use a handy website to also keep the customer up to date too. My time using Frank’s Collision Center was amazing. If I ever need any auto-body work, paint touch ups, or anything else I know where to call. They also provide lifetime warranties on some of the work that they perform. I highly recommend considering Franks anytime minor or major auto body work is required.

Getting a job done right the first time will get you a 4 from me. But dealing well with a problem will get you a 5. My insurance authorized an aftermarket replacemt of the back glass on my work truck, but it didnt function the same way as OEM. When I explained the issue, my insurance balked but both Franks auto collision and Beach Cities auto glass went to bat for me and got it handled. THAT is going above and beyond, earning a 5.

Frank's is by far the best collision auto shop I have ever used. The crew is amazing, the work is top quality, and the overall experience went smoothly do to their excellent customer service. Justin, who handled my claim from start to finish is honest, transparent, and consistent with updates. Honestly, I never knew an auto shop could have ALL the qualities that Frank's has. They turned a very inconvenient situation into a hassle free experience. I can't thank Justin and the crew enough for their dedicated, honest hard work. Highly recommend!!!

Anyone who rates this location under 4 stars is way too dramatic. No matter what the car experience is or was, the bottom line here seems to be that they aim to satisfy the customer on their time and dime. In any instance where you need a collision repair, the time frame is going to be a little off. Any belongings you leave in your vehicle are not their responsibility, but they're nice enough to collect them for you and place them in a bag or the safest place they can find in your vehicle. I waited over 2 weeks to get my car back after a rear end repair. The time frame was initially a week or less, but sometimes there is unforeseen damage to the frame rather than just the actual damaged part so of course stuff like that takes time. I was more than happy and willing to give them the time they needed to do the repairs because like most people, I prefer quality over quantity. When I picked my car up, the color did not match my car exactly. Justin, wanted nothing more than to make sure I was happy, so my car is there yet again and I wouldn't have it any other way. They're amazing and I'd take any car I own to them. I'd recommend them a thousand times over as well. Thank you Frank's Collision Centers and Justin for taking the time and effort to make sure I am a satisfied customer!

Feels so good to be back in my car! Thank you Frank's and thank you Jeremy for all the status updates and taking the best care of my car. I highly recommend this place! I've used them multiple times and they are my go to body shop for all of my friends and family. Thank you!
