Frank & Son Autobody

Thank you so much Frank & Son!!! I was unfortunately rear ended and they were able to make my car look like nothing ever happened!! 10/10 on the work done and 10/10 on the amazing customer service. They gave me my car back in pristine condition inside and out. Everyone here is very warm and friendly, professional, and quite clearly very experienced. Highly recommended this Autobody shop, they worked their magic!

I was recently involved in a minor accident which resulted in paint being chipped on my front bumper. I took my 2015 BMW 320i to Frank & Son Autobody to have it repainted. I was promised that it would be done in two days’ time; instead the car was ready the morning of the second day, earlier than expected. The staff was friendly, courteous and the professional workmanship that they provided was superb. I am extremely pleased with the results as my car looks as good as new. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

They do good work, but they are pricey and treat you like an insurance company. The service manager was great but the staff care nothing about you as a person only the money they get. How can you raise the price of estimate over 2k with the same visual look over preformed 3 days apart. I was made to feel that I was baited to have me come back to leave the car and then forced to have them complete an over price job. I like their work but they have to do better with customer service.

The Kingstone Insurance adjuster recommended this company to me. He promised me that he would do everything possible to get it repaired properly. The adjuster told me that the job would cost around $12,000, which was already an exaggeration. When I signed the document to start the repair, my nightmare began. The repair amount went up to $17,000. Which was a huge exaggeration, but I had already signed it. I found the car and took it to have the tires replaced. There I realized that they had done a very bad job. All the plastics under the car were incorrectly placed, and some did not fit because all the parts were imitations, Chinese. In fact, they even forgot to put some screws in and used several of the old broken parts. I had to take the car 5 times to have everything repaired as it should have been. In addition, they forgot to put some rubber on the repaired door, I had to buy them myself because I realized too late. Even though the owner tried to help me with the mess of work his workers had done, the experience with this body shop was disappointing. Very poor work at a very high price. If you are a taxi driver and have Kingstone Insurance, never accept a recommendation from them for a specific body shop. These adjusters are scammers. These adjusters will not adjust the price down, but on the contrary, they will inflate the price. You draw your conclusions.

Frank and Sons Auto body made my car look brand new ! Certified BMW auto body shop. Paint job was perfect! Everything felt like I got it off the lot all over again! They were very professional and Zac the point person handling my car kept me updated every step of the way ! Thank you again ! 100% recommend them !
