Howard and his team are amazing! They are so easy to work with and give you an honest diagnostic with full details so you know exactly what needs to be repaired, the customer service is great! I hope I won't need any more repairs on my Hyundai for a while but if I do Howard is my go to guy!

I waited some time to write this review.My Honda Accord 2007 transmission went bad.I contacted Howard, and since the first conversation, Howard got my trust.Till now, it looks like they did a great job on re building the transmission.My old car runs great and I hope it does in the future for some time.I will definitely recommend this car service shop.

Forget Batman, Superman, Iron Man and Captain America! Howard and Frank and the team at Fred’s Transmission World are the real SUPERHEROES! My car is a little older model. With my high car insurance rate and the ridiculously bloated prices of new and used cars right now, it’s crazy for me to even think about buying a new or newer car at the moment. That’s why I was devastated when my car started over-revving and coming out of gear. Believe it or not, I have never had a car that had a bad transmission. I have heard horror stories about the process and price of getting a transmission fixed. I had no idea what to do, but I NEEDED MY CAR!!! By pure luck of the draw on Google search I came upon Fred’s Transmission World. From the second the owner, Howard, picked up the phone, like the Caped Crusader he swooped in with friendly cheer, put my mind at ease and calmly walked me through the process. Howard is like the Brainiac of Transmission knowledge. Thanks to Howard and his team THE DAY WAS SAVED at a fair price with friendly and honest service that went above and beyond. Superhero Howard and the team at Fred’s saved my car and saved me hundreds of dollars. And the cherry on top, by the time I drove my car out of Howard’s garage with a superbly rebuilt transmission I had not only met the best transmission mechanics I could ever hope for but I truly made some new friends too. Especially Super Howard. If you think you are having a problem with your transmission, I cannot more highly recommend Fred’s Transmission World.

I met with Howie and from start to finish i felt like i was in the right place. I was worried my car was shifting weird and the transmission might be going. He had his guy Frank plug the machine and no codes came back. Then Howie took it out for a test drive. At the end he had me sit in the car and ride with him. Essentially he explained my transmission was in great condition. I was blown away. An honest mechanic?!?! He could have made up any excuse to charge me and he didnt. He was honest and explained there was nothing wrong and it was essentially in my head. He also mentioned that there was a code for the engine but thats not his specialty. These guys are great and have restored my confidence (not only in my transmission) but the mechanic industry as a whole. Glad i ran into an honest mechanic for once great experience!!!

Worst spot to get your car fixed!! Owner pays it's customers to write good reviews, BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS!! they have hidden fees and the Owner lies about what needs to be fixed in a car. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! ⚠️

I recently visited Fred's Transmission World for a transmission issue and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, putting me at ease. The technicians were clearly experts in their field. They diagnosed the transmission problem accurately and provided me with a clear explanation of what needed to be done. Their knowledge and expertise gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Fred's Transmission World is an outstanding transmission shop that I highly recommend. I am grateful for their excellent service and will definitely be returning for any future transmission repairs. Five stars well-deserved!
