Fremont Toyota Service

I started going to Fremont Toyota in the last 2-3 years. Prices are reasonable given much higher cost of repairs in recent years. You can get appointment and repairs within a day or two. You can get your car thoroughly checked as courtesy of oil change service - huge benefit and assurance. My service advisor Adrian Cruz answers all my questions on cost and need for repairs to my satisfaction. A few times he went overboard helping me finding right answers to repairs needed. I asked a lot of questions to understand and make sure repairs are just and needed because of my prior experience at other places where I was quoted very high price for unnecessary repairs. My sincere appreciation and thanks for providing reliable services.

Ramiro Orozco (Assistant Service Manager) is very nice and patient. The wait time can be long. So need to actively ping the manager when your car looks ready in the parking lot. The customer lounge feels not bad. Free Wi-Fi. Coffee and tea are provided for free. One can easily stay for hours if not using rental.

I see the manager on TV all the time now, figured I should leave an honest review I had an issue with a Prius prime I bought a while back. Somehow the brand new car I bought, the paint didn’t match after the sunshine came out. Management is a different story (they were subpar in their response), but the manager of this repair facility helped me get it taken care of. I will say this, service advisors can be hit or miss. But the service manager (the guy on TV) was a standup guy. Honest, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. While I know prices can sometimes be more than your regular mom n pops store, I wanted to leave this review for the manager of Fremont Toyota service center as a thank you and recognition of his honesty. I would highly recommend this shop under his guidance only.

Poor management and scheduling coordinarion from rude service department staff. I had called in to schedule an appointment but was told that walk-ins are welcome. Upon reaching there, one of the service guy said that we are not taking walk-ins. Wasted 1 hr driving to and fro from the service center. Never going again to this poorly managed center.

I dropped off my car at 2pm for an airbag recall service and was told that it will be done before they close. I waited for a text and call but i never got one! Their website says service center is open from 8am to 8pm so when i called around 7:30pm, the receptionist said that service center closed at 6pm! I never received any call or text that they need to leave my car overnight! I have to go to work tomorrow and I don’t have my car!! This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate for them to just leave for the day and not tell their clients who got work that they’re not getting their car the same day! They should’ve at least provided a rental!
