I have used Fresno Auto Service for at least 5 years and with 3 vehicles, let me tell you this is one of the best shops in town. The honesty and integrity is top notch. Art runs this shop really well and Donald is an outstanding mechanic. All the guys are really good with any work needed and offer fair pricing. It is a shop so there is going to be a mark up but the quality you get is worth the cost. The oil change they offer is full service and tire rotation, for me having a 4 wheel drive this is such a great deal. They help me maintain my vehicles and help things be worry free. All the guys have been fantastic so far. Give them a chance and I am sure you will appreciate this business. I know your car will appreciate the care it is given while in their hands.

I highly recommend Artur and Fresno Auto! I was in a total pinch on a Saturday afternoon and after calling at least a half a dozen other shops, Artur was able to squeeze us in and absolutely took care of us. He and his team were quick, thorough, professional, and generous. They stayed over 30 min after closing to finish up my truck. I’m so appreciative of Artur and would definitely take my truck back to him in the future.

Honest, fast, and fair. Art, the owner, is a stand-up man who puts a great deal of integrity and care into his business. It reflects in his staffs conduct and customer service. If I ever move, I’d travel here just to get my car serviced by their team. My car was driving and sounding like it did when I bought it 50k miles ago after bringing in a smoking engine making horrible noises. Better yet, they recommended optional follow-up care to get the most life out of my car, which was greatly appreciated from someone who doesn’t know anything about vehicles. No games, no toxic personalities, and no regrets!

Customer service is good, but they are CROOKS. I took in my 1989 Mitsubishi Mighty Max to get the Carburetor gas leak diagnosed. They said they couldn’t look at the carb without fixing a vacuum leak and wanted to charge me over $1000 after taxes to replace two hoses and a gasket. Ridiculous. They did not even diagnose the problem I took it to them for and still charged me over $180. I took it to an honest mechanic and he rebuilt the carb for me for less than $300 and fixed the problem I sent it to them for. Be careful if you are younger going to these crooks. They will try and take advantage of you. (Response) - You are ignoring what I brought it in for and created your own diagnostic… - You did not fix the misfire because it broke down the next day… - nice try. Just own up to your guys mistake of trying to take advantage of a younger customer.

Car broke down during a roadtrip on saturday. Was panicked but found this place nearby. They checked the car and the alternator needed to be replaced. Went to the zoo while they fixed up the car. Had me in and out in a fast and efficient time. The owner, Art, is a real stand up guy and professional.
