Took my sister's car in. First time here. I did call ahead, but they told me to just bring it in the morning. I worked with Vrezh who was very accommodating and let me know what the problem was and how long it would take for him to fix it. He was professional, transparent, and communicative. The shop gave me the feeling that I was in good hands. And the prices were fair. Glad to have found my go-to spot for my auto care needs; especially owning aging cars and seeing local prices skyrocket. Best shop around hands down. I have trusted my cars with George for 7 years now living in Los Angeles after almost getting scammed by 2 other mechanics. He gives great and honest pricing and will even sometimes offer you used parts for a better deal as he works with other local businesses. They service my BMW 330i and my Cadillac SRX. My cars run great and just glad to see this business up and running with the covid impact. I recommend him to anyone. Also they are AAA approved shop which is a huge plus.. Thank you George!

This place engenders an inexplicable sense of ease and trust. Simply dropped my car off for them to check out, told me what was wrong (and what wasn't), gave me a estimate to okay, and got it all done same day. Prices and what work was needed were clear and fair. No hassle, no "hoops", this isn't a corporation, it's just humans who know what they're doing that treat you like a human too. I will definitely be going here for all my future car troubles.

By far one of the most honest and fair mechanics I've ever visited. I had taken my BMW 325i to the dealer for a maintenence visit and they gave me a list of almost $3000 worth of fixes that needed to be done. Friendly Auto Clinic told me exactly which one of those I actually needed and did the job for 1/3 of the price. They finished everything in 1 day and did a great job. I don't think I'll ever go to another mechanic while I live in LA.
