Awesome people and awesome service! My wife met Tosha and Jason in the grocery store and they had a great conversation. They gave my wife their business card. I had just had a coil go out and they were able to get me back up and going within a couple of hours! Highly recommend their business and they’re even better people so that just makes it all the better!

Full Bore has worked on our 2011 Land Rover LR4 a couple times now(different issue each time) and we couldn't be any happier. They are the most honest/top notch shop you can bring your vehicle to. Highly recommend! Huge thanks to Tosha and Jason!

I'll admit, I am always hesitant to have my vehicles worked on someone other than myself but when I tell you these guys blew me away, I mean it. I had called a handful of times to get estimates for a few different vehicles before I even came in. The office woman was very helpful, informative and kind. She took her time to listen to me poorly explain what issues my truck was having and she said "We will figure it out for you and here is the estimate total based on what you are describing." NO other company I called was willing to give me at least a ballpark without a diagnostic fee. These guys did a full check over on my truck, valve cover gaskets, an intake manifold gasket and an oil change. Had it done in a day. I took it back today and drove around with a mysterious ticking noise. Took it to a separate shop that was on my way home, he checked it and said "I have no idea but if you leave it here for a week i'll figure it out for $100." Turn around and go back to Full Bore only for them to find the noise and fix an issue that had nothing to do with their repair in about 3 minutes. Thank you Steve! The owner even took his time before I left to show me some of the extra little things he had fixed like some broken vacuum lines and fixing some other minor fluid leaks. Needless to say these guys have my business and they should have yours.

I've only had my 2001 Mercedes for a few months when it started to become almost impossible to start. I had just installed a $240 new battery in it and it was running fine for a couple months but then started acting up. I called a local shop and explained what was going on and they replied that they would call me back in a few hours. I waited 3 1/3 hours and called them. A different person answered so I had to explain the whole situation all over again. They kind of acted like they really didn't want to be bothered with a European vehicle but told me to call Mark at Capp's towing and have him bring it to their shop. Mark came to my house and immediately was able to jump start my car even after I had tried jumping it the day before. I was so happy he was able to get it started and then he recommended I bring my car to Full Bore Automotive and speak with Tosha and Jason. After doing just that, I couldn't have asked for a better recommendation! While Tosha couldn't get me in for an appointment until the following week, she recommended I purchase a portable battery jump starter until my appointment.. I did just that and it was working fine until the Sunday night before my Wednesday appointmenThe next morning, I called Mark and he towed it to Full Bore Auto. Even though my appointment wasn't until Wednesday, Jason started looking at it on Tuesday. Tosha kept me updated throughout the week while Jason was thoroughly going over everything to find the problem. It's the following Monday now and what I thought was going to be a very expensive fix by mechanics who can sometimes be rude to women, completely changed my perception and Full bore Auto now has a lifelong client. Since the problem with the car was electrical, i figured it would be expensive. Jason found that the main issue was a loose ground wire and that some water had gotten into the fuse box and into another electrical module in the trunk. The ground wire was tightened and covers were placed over the fuse boxes and the car starts right up every time now. After paying much less than what I had anticipated for above and beyond repairs and customer service, I will absolutely recommend Full Bore Automotive and will be bringing any vehicle I own to them exclusively.
