I showed up on time and it wasn’t the right shop! NO PROBLEM! I felt confident respected and heard. Took 20 minutes in and out and they had cars stacked! I have been using Fergerson's Garage for years. They always take good care of my 2003 Tahoe. All the staff is friendly, and any repairs are always explained fully so even a non-car person like me can understand. I highly recommend them.

Normally taking my car to the mechanic is not a pleasant experience, but not gonna lie this was a quick in and out. Everyone at Furgersons was so helpful. My car needed a smog check and they were able to squeeze me in even though I did not have an appointment. The guy in the front was able to explain what would be done and said he would do his best to get my car in as soon as possible. I was expecting to be there for the rest of the afternoon while I waited for my car to be squeezed in but surprisingly they were able to do it all and I was driving away in about an hour. I definitely recommend this shop, everyone is really nice and make you feel welcome while taking care of your car.

We take all our cars to Furgerson's for smog checks. Staff is super friendly and it is easy to make an appointment. Definitely call ahead so you don't have to wait. They don't try to oversell you on other service. Anything they have recommended has been confirmed by my regular mechanic.
