At most auto shops, your car is returned in better condition than you left it, this place however, is not the same. I took in my VW Jetta for a broken sunroof and after I dropped my car off, I haven’t heard anything for weeks. I would call over and over again and it was very rare that they would answer the phone. They tried to convince me to fix my transmission, which was a completely different situation than what I wanted. Because I didn’t get that fixed, they told me “I should drive it straight to the junkyard.” A few more weeks went by with very little communication. They called me to apologize for taking so long because they had the flu that week, but what about all of the weeks before that? They had my car for 2 months! I ended up waiting a couple more weeks and finally had to call to check if my car was done. When I got there, they were just persuading me to believe that I was getting a good deal of over $300 for my services. I went outside and when I saw my car, I was shocked- It was filthy. The headliner is covered in grease and dirt, my passenger floor mat had a puddle of muddy water, and my sunroof shade was a different color, after I supplied the part they needed! The seat belt is broken as it no longer retracts, and they left the dome lights out of place. The headliner was not even put in place right as you can visibly see where the ends aren’t flush with the rest of the car. Not to mention it smells absolutely terrible inside as well. Not only is this the worst mechanic I’ve ever been to, but this is quite literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please, if you’re reading this, take your business elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust this shop to do something as simple as an oil change.

I have family that uses G&A for all their automotive repair needs. That being said, I called and asked about a problem I was having with my vehicle. They told me what the issues might be and a good place to start, for free! It's hard to find businesses that are so honest and helpful. Anyhow, I took my car in a week after, because I just couldn't figure out the issue. Within a week they had my car back to me, all problems solved. I can't recommend them enough! If honesty and great work are what you're looking for, G and A is the place for you! I'll be going here from now on.

Hands down the best mechanic shop I've found. I thought my beloved dodge ram was un-fixable because I was told that by other shops. They fixed everything it needed and their prices were very very reasonable. They did it all within a very quick time frame. Thank you so incredibly much, it rides and drives amazing.
