They shouldn’t even be getting a one star!!! Horrible service waited over 2 hrs for a tow with my 2 young kids then got the confirmation from them saying they were eight minutes out. They didn’t show up. I then contacted my insurance company and they called them to ask and guy his eta but guy was very rude, you knew that he was at home because his kids were screaming. Then the guy proceeded to say he had police business and it would take more then an hour to get to me, then proceeded to tell me he is just canceling my tow and hung up, my insurance company will not be going thru that company anymore. The insurance company was on the phone with me apologizing on how the man was talking to me. So if anyone ever needs a tow don’t go to them!!!! From the reviews this obviously isn't the first time. Don't waste your time waiting for nobody to show up. I wish I can give them negative stars.

Notice the complaints from 1 star reviews..recognize that the insurance company/roadside service was involved! Same thing happened with me. Insurance company was incompetent and it took longer to get my vehicle towed than it should have..but that was the roadside assistance company’s fault! This company did exactly what they said they were going to do when they told me they were going to do it, even though my insurance company kept dropping the ball and interrupting the process. If you need a vehicle towed from one place to another, this company does exactly that and they do it well. Call them directly, Skip your insurance, and you will not have a bad experience with them. Otherwise take the complaints to your insurance company.

The tow driver nick did an excellent job, he went above and beyond to help my husband get the car out of a tough spot I really appreciate what he did. Nice guy.

Mercedes roadside assistance let me down with G&H towing. When you need a tow. You have to wait 7 hours and still no show. After 9pm they wouldn’t answer their phone. If the job can’t be done, JUST SAY IT! this will keep us from sitting waiting 7 hrs for more lies of revisions.
