I got a flat tire I got off the phone with AAA at 6:40 they told me by 7:20 someone from G&M Automotive and Towing would be there to help me at 6:43 a lady from G&M automotive and Towing called me to let me know that the technician was on his way the she was very polite and very professional and told me the technician was on his way Jay he was professional polite courteous and extremely fast very helpful he was there quicker than they had said and he was extremely fast I literally drove away from where I was at 7:01 Jay was amazing thank you. At 704 the lady from G&M automotive and Towing called to check on me and make sure that I had great service and I told her I had excellent and amazing service because of Jay thank you G&M automotive and Towing you have a great employee named Jay

After being referred to G&M, we left there with a car that was not repaired after we were charged over $2,000.00. Be very careful when taking your care to G&M. Their way of doing business can leave exactly where we are at. Very unfortunate and they did NOT try to make the situation better at all. I don't post usually but this could not go without others being AWARE. ****CONT'D - Responding to owner response I appreciate your prompt response to my post. Please know that in no way is my purpose to hurt your business & I'm confident that isn't going to happen just from my post. My purpose is to warn other consumers. The business practices that you follow are my issue. The bottom line is if a customer doesn't follow your recommendation of services, you guarantee nothing on the work that does get done. If there is Zero guarantee on the services then it should probably be discussed with the customer & may not do the repairs? I don't know but this is Not ok and it doesn't sound good. *Side Note: The ignition in the car is absolutely not fixed and still has the same issue after paying for it to be fixed. My son and ex husband did not follow your recommendation for services yet you still worked on the car knowing that if those repairs didn't follow through, you would still get paid A LOT of money offering nothing in between to service a customer in the aftermath. It's been mentioned numerous times how you charged the A/C for free?? Knowing that wouldn't fix the problem and after they had paid $$$. I'm sorry but that is Not a free service that you provided. Thank you again for your response on the review as I didn't hear back from you via telephone. One of your employees did call me back only to offer to work on the car again for hundreds of dollars more to pay. My attempt was to have you all meet us halfway on anything and see if we can't get something fixed on the car. It wasn't considered by you all and here we are.

Excellent shop We are a local high desert business and I have taken our trucks to many different local mechanic shops for our service needs I have to say this shop g&m towing is so far our go-to shop they have done many different jobs on numerous vehicles of ours and no matter what size small or big they always do a great job.. the first time haven't had to take any of my vehicles back because they didn't fix it right highly recommend and I have recommended to my local plumber buddies Good job guys thanks for the great work... Complete waste of time taking my truck to this place. Had a so called "appointment" on a Monday and I go back in at the end of the day on Friday and it hasn't even been touched all week. If there to busy then why not have me bring my truck in on a day they can actually get to it. Not just let it sit there all week. For a known shop that was a very un professional thing to do. Will never go back there again and will let anyone I know to not use this shop
