Brought my car in to have the brakes and transmission done. Everything they touched was either loose or not put back on right I had to take to another shop to have all the brakes redone because they put some kind of oil instead of brake fluid in the brakes after spinning $6000 for brakes and another $3000 for transmission That Leaks i do not recommend this place

I had a blown head in y car took it there because my water pump went out.. they were excellent with there prices.. put the water pump right on ..let me purchase the parts only charged me for labor.. unfortunately that wasn't the only problem.. I had blown the head.. it's a very expensive process and I see why.. however.. the time it took to do the job was unacceptable.. I was told 3 days on the 3rd day I was told 2 more days after 2 more days I was told 2 more days after 2 more days I was told 1 more day after that day I was told the next day.. needless to say I was unhappy.. I'm waiting on the finished product before I write another review. I'm gonna leave 4 stars on the next review because the customer service was great the way they explained everything.. but the time is just to lo. I need my car for work..

The Owner (Alfredo) took care of me ASAP (right when I pulled up). He is very professional, humble and explains all issues so you understand. Had to replace the pcv pipe and intake and was in/out less than an hour. Very reasonable installation cost when comparing to other places we have went to.

I had been putting off replacing my struts/shocks, AC repair, brake replacement, tire rotation, oil change - mainly because I've been ripped off at other auto repair shops for being a girl. I didn't call or set up an appointment ahead of time, I simply showed up and Gallo helped me out immediately. My car was done the same day! I bought all of the parts and they only charged me for labor - super reasonable and affordable considering I'm a graduate student! I recommend them and will surely go here for my future car needs :)

My car was suppose to be worked on 2 months ago which was when I paid and it still hasn’t been fixed and they are closed today when they shouldn’t be until 6pm
