Great little shop. I had an issue with my 2010 Prius, and Sasha got me right in, ran the diagnostics, and offered me options. Great service, customer care, and won’t charge for simple answers. Highly recommend!

At least one real review over here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Absolutely non satisfied with their services. VERY VERY BAD business by all means. Here are the details. When I brought my car into the shop in June 2022 - owner ( Alex ) told me that it will take 1 month to repair my car. Just got my car back today, late January 2023. It took him more then 6 months to get the job done. This is insane. Instead of promised 1 months - he kept my car there 6 times longer! Just think about it, this is ridiculous. He is going to prioritize some other people’s cars in front of your car right after he gets you in. Alexander will say anything to get your car - but it will take much much longer until you will get your car back. My insurance company gave him so much money and he did not even finish many things ( for 6 months ) He fixed some damage ( scratches on the doors ) but when I picked up the car - there were still SOO MANY wrecks, dents, uneven parts etc. They wired the fog light wrong while putting my car together. One of the fog lights always ON, the other does not work at all. NOW - this is what my right mirror looked like when I picked up the car. And he said: ‘ I did not notice that ‘. For 6 months fixing my car. You gotta be kidding me! He had the money from my insurance, lots of time and missed this??? Right now I have to go to the dealer to fix the mirror and the fog lights on my own expense. He did not text me even once to give me an update, excuse or to say when the car is going to be done. After their services I went to the official KIA Dealer for the check. They confirmed the very bad quality of the work performed by Garage One LLC. Absolutely irresponsible, unprofessional and lazy. You will mark my words and reject your decision if you leave them your car. Please spread the word so non of your friends will go through such awful experience, months of stress like I did!

I would love to say my words of gratitude to this company. Alex and all his coworkers are made an incredible job with my car. I have been using their service for about 3 years before they were at different location and I could say the they v never disappointed me. Besides that they have adequate prices and they are just in general great people. I recommend you and your close friends and family use this company to repair your car. Trust me they will do their best to resolve your issues and make you satisfied. Good luck you guys!
