First time. Enjoyed everything. I was able to drop my WRX off the day before. Work was completed. I asked about a warranty on work performed. Yes!! There is a warranty. My parents also have had work completed at Garage One!

Garage One was professional and efficient at diagnosing and repairing a problem related to warning lights. The free inspection was helpful and identified other needed work, some of which I had them do. Their online quoting and communication system worked well. Overall it was a good expierence with good results. I would recommend them.

I have had my Subaru serviced here along with battery change. The reason why this is much better than dealership is because these are completely transparent, honest, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and in-depth servicing. Definitely recommend this for regular servicing and repairs.

These guys took 90 minutes, wanted to charge me $50 to recalibrate my TPMS sensors. After that they asked for 1 or 2 more hours to troubleshoot the problem, but I didn't have enough time to hang out to wait. At least they didn't change me. There was two Mechanic and they couldn't even figure it out. I went to Costco it took them less than 5 minutes to re-program my TPMS sensors, and they did it for free as long as you have your membership card. That tells you what kind of Mechanic they are.

Friendly service, quick turnaround, affordable pricing. What more could you want? This was our first visit to Garage One and we were very impressed. We will definitely come back.
