I come from a family of ASE Master techs and body-men. This is one of the few shops I will bring my car to up in this desert They are very fair with the prices and the techs will explain things to you. They are familiar with installing strut spacers on cars if you are trying to lift your ride. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Most the bad reviews seem like they’re from people who know nothing about cars. It doesn’t matter where you take it, you should always research your car and what’s wrong with it. Don’t use your research to tell the mechanic how to do their job but more so as a guide in case you have questions about a service or part your car may need.

My husband and I chose this shop above others to handle our AC repair because we wanted to support a small business and not a corporate chain. Unfortunately that was a mistake. They completed the “inspection” and said we needed a new inter cooler and seals, that was replaced and the AC was charged AND they included a 30 day warranty! Awesome! Wrong. We were supposed to depart on a cross country trip however the car wasn’t staying cold. Took the vehicle back and they said that the AC compressor was bad and they missed that in their inspection. 🧐 new compressor put in and the next day go in for the final recharge etc and ONTOP of everything else they want to charge AGAIN for a recharge even though it was their error in the inspection AND supposedly under warranty. I attempted to talk to the owner and come to an agreement in which he kept saying it’s “not his problem” and hung up on me. Do not go here, they do not honor their policies and are only out to scam you for more money.

I was needing the rear main seal replaced on my Car. Dealership was expensive so I called two other shops for estimate. Both shops said they would called me back with estimate. Two days later and they still had not called me back. I called Garcias Complete Repair and Martha answered. I asked for an estimate and he quoted me a price. He then continued to explain what all would be done. Asked if I had any questions. Three days later when I finally had time to take car in , She remembered our conversation. Got my car fixed in one day. Very happy with the work that was done. Great customer service , not pushy. I`ll be taking my car back soon to do a brake upgrade. I finally found a place I can trust. Thank You Martha!!!
