Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM Service Center

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, RUDE. I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service as I have at this dealership. It is difficult to believe how poorly their service center operates. To start, the dealership's roadside assistance was wildly unhelpful and disorganized. They could not figure out how to get the jeep to the dealership. I finally had to call AAA, who could help me like a competent business. After 4 days of tedious back and forth, I was finally able to get my jeep back. But the real icing on the cake was the follow-up call from the service manager, Rhonda. After hearing about my bumpy experience, she proceeded to lecture about how she never gets complaints like this, and it was actually the national jeep’s service lines fault despite the fact that I never spoke to them during any of this. It's amazing. I got a follow-up call just to tell me my complaint wasn’t actually valid and that it was my fault. I will never do business with them or any of their other dealerships again.

Yet another disappointment with this dealership. I purchased my vehicle with the Platinum Plus Package, which insured 8.00 oil changed for the life of the vehicle at the dealership as long as I owned the car. Well, that was short-lived. Even though I still have my contract, which they praised this package when I purchased the vehicle, now the story changed. They claimed they are under new management, and the dealership name is still the same go figure. So I spoke with Steven Aulicino, the So busy Service Director! He was too busy, distracted, and dismissive to address my concern. His only response was what year is the truck as if that mattered when you sold the package. At this point, I would never purchase another vehicle or recommend them to anyone. They are now charging 89.99 plus from the 8.00 per my contract. Moving forward to dealing with the breach of contract. If you're experience the same thing, follow through with the breach of contract.

Had a great experience at this dealership. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off in our brand new car! George was the best sales rep we have ever encountered. Very welcoming & genuine person! We highly appreciated everything that was done for us.

This dealership is very unorganised second time I made an appointment for an oil change. Had an appointment for 1pm and was told there is 12 cars ahead of me. There’s a 3-4 hour wait. Why make an appointment? Who is going to sit there for 4 hours for an oil change. Stop the BS excuses. And to top it off they wanted me to take off again to come in the next day. I left a message with the manger to call back since I was transfer to speak with her and I’m still waiting for a call back.

I brought my Jeep Latitude from Garden City Jeep and have always had the most exceptional service. From the time I arrive I am greeted with true professionals who take pride in their cars they service and of course the customers. There is a mechanic by the name of Phillip Holder who has worked on my car in the past and I put my trust in his expertise in knowing the Jeep brand and servicing my vehicle. I definitely would buy another vehicle for Garden City Jeep, especially for the TOP NOTCH SERVICE CENTER!!!!
