Great staff and receptionist for booking the service. Good location. Very clean. Easy to find same-day appointment. Great promotional price for oil change. Good amenities while waiting. Wait time was a bit long for an oil change but everything else made up for it.

My service guy is was very nice, professional, concerned and curious. The customer waiting area is so comfortable I didn't even realize I had been there for 2 hrs. The coffee and tea maker is great. I was totally relaxed. I'll give them a 10.

The work was done in a timely manner, and the gentleman that over saw my car went above and beyond! He took great care of me, responded quickly, communicated well, and was very attentive and caring regarding my car situation. If allowed, I will go back and add his name to my five star review. If not, I'll post another! 😉 very happy.

Great job they took care of us very quickly and patched our tire for us everything was done in less than and hour which was great because we had a very busy day ahead of us. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

Went in for an oil change and a recall on my car and Steven was the one who helped me out. He kept me informed at all times. There was a situation in which he helped out and had my car ready in time. Thank you again!

I received a recall on my new car and I made an appointment at 11:30am on Saturday. I got there and the consultant: Valerie Laureano refused to help me. He said he was too busy today to help me. You guys are too busy to let me make an appointment. Since I already had an appointment, I took time off and drove an hour to get here. You still won't help me. Who will compensate me for my lost experience? I am really angry. Such a bad service. I am now worried that my car's parts are not perfect. I dare not drive it.very bad
