If I could give anything less then a star I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! Went in to get a check engine light ended up not getting a call back I had to keep calling To see what was going on finally said it was one thing waited to get it resolved .. got the part changed out 3 days later same thing light came back on.. called was told due to the holidays no one would be able to check the car but id get a call as to when someone would be able to help me I waited and I HAD to call to set an appointment AGAIN! Was finally told what what had to be fixed and what time and day it would be ready .. waited never got any update had to call again put on hold for about 15 mins my call was dropped called again same issue is wasn’t until the last person finally told me my car wouldn’t be ready until end of day !!! The service department never once bothered to tell me anything I understand that they have multiple things going on be even the sales guy trying to get me to lower mat payment was on his phone playing candy crush while trying to offer me a lower payment or to trade the car in!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE

Very sketchy service staff. A manager was cursing really loud when we arrived at the service department. I didn't even get out my car before a car salesman approached me trying to sell me a car. He bothered my husband and I almost the whole time we were there waiting in the lobby. Then we received a 27 point inspection and was told I needed $935.00 worth of work on my car. The worst part is some of what they recommended I just had done to my car unknown to them at another dealership. I'm not sure if I will go back to them or not. They also told me if I ask I can get a free car wash. When I spoke to my service advisor Brianna she flat out said no that was a lie. I did not have a good experience at this dealership.

Great people and very patient with me and my family. Muhammad knows what he’s talking about. He’ll get you the best deal!!! Gabriel was a great guy and very polite. Karam showed me how to work my new Nissan Aria. I love these guys! If you need any vehicle, talk to Muhammad.
