Gateway Auto - Service & Collision Center

I want to share how kind and professional Gateway Auto is. They helped me to understand the diagnosis of my truck. I never felt as if they were trying to just make money. I feel they truly cared and made it very convenient. They did not do extra work that was not needed. I loved all the communication. It was my first time here and it was a great experience! I would highly recommend you call them for any auto needs first! They really know how to treat customers, they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure all was still good. Great work! This is how you run a business!

I 100% recommend Gateway Auto for your car maintenance! I initially took my son's Ford Fusion several months ago for a second opinion and was happy to know that the car didn't need as much work as I was told by a different car shop! Their honesty and professionalism convinced me to give them the opportunity to service my High Country Silverado and I'm so happy I made that decision! My truck felt fantastic after it was serviced and there were a couple things that had not been working prior that were fixed without any extra fee. And the truck was even washed which is something that was only done about 3 times in the several years it was taken to the dealership for maintenance. I am looking forward to continuing all maintenance checks on my vehicles with Gateway Auto! Honesty is a rarerity at auto shops, especially for females so I am grateful that I found a place I can go without feeling like I am going to be overcharged for unnecessary work. I moved from Florida recently & needed a local mechanic in my area for my 2017 Renegade. I googled & landed on Gateway Auto & their 4.7 ⭐️. I read a lot of reviews, especially the bad. I appreciated the responses the customers received when their experience wasn’t as expected so I thought I’d give them a try. I took my Jeep in for a scheduled appointment for oil change, some burnt out bulbs, minor interior & exterior repairs. Everything went off without a hitch from scheduling to completion of the work in the same day as discussed the morning when I dropped it off. Everyone I dealt with from my initial contact to having a discussion about needed work ,what was done, what was optional, and needed next was all talked over with me in a professional & courteous way. I felt prices were reasonable. I’ll come back again. Thank you Gateway Teams!

Gateway has been my Auto place for a while now they shoot really straight with what really needs done…- I appreciate that since I don’t fix cars 🙃. They are trying to fix things that I don't need fixed. Also, I have a very nice clean space to wait place to wait while they’re doing it. Staff is all very knowledgable snd nice to be around.,. I would highly recommend them for service, autobody and trading cars.

Gateway Auto replaced my son’s alternator on his Honda CR-V. Cost and quality of work was excellent! Howard took great care of us from the beginning. We were very happy with our service, cost and time to get repaired! Thanks again!
