Visiting family from out of town. We had to go back thru 5° weather forecasts and wanted car checked out before the 1,800 mile drive. Our family highly recommended gateway automotive. We asked for all fluids checked and radiator flush and refill since we were concerned about freezing. They called us and let us know the radiator was in excellent condition, as well as the fluid. Said they'd do it if we insisted, but didn't really need it. How many mechanics out there opt to not do a service you are willing to pay for. That's an honest shop. And the staff was nice and friendly too... Thanks gateway!

Gateway has provided phenomenal service for me and my family. The customer service and communication is everything you would want from a repair shop taking care of your vehicle. Everything was repaired within a timely manner and done right the first time. Doug is a really great guy and i will continue and always trust them with my vehicle.

Great people and service, Took my truck 2021Toyota Tacoma for pre-inspection. Gave me the very next day appointment, on a very short notice. Check my truck thoroughly. Doug and his staff were very friendly, honest people. Sent me a detail report with pictures. I would highly recommend them.

My brakes gave out on the way to work Thank God I wasn’t in an accident. I looked online for an auto shop near my work and this place was very close and was rated very high. I called and even though they were busy, were kind enough to fit me in and even were able to get my brake system repaired by the end of day. Very nice people.
