I definitely can’t speak highly enough about General Auto Body Works! This place went above and beyond to expedite my repair, did fantastic work!! The customer service is phenomenal. I recommend everybody to go to General. I live in Brooklyn location but they took my car to their location to finish the work faster. I was all the time updated, when the repairs were complete, the car was driven to my house and they took my rental back. Just a wonderful experience!

I am not a good enough writer to come up with the words that can properly give any justice to how amazingly professional and courteous these people are. It is of NO surprise that they have been in business for so long. I can't recommend them enough to friends and family. I hope I am never in a situation where I will need their services again, but if I am, there will be NO hesitation. Good old fashioned customer service and integrity.
