Terrible customer service. Stopped by to get my car repaired early in the day (practically the time the shop opened up) and was told the owner was running late. Waited over 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the owner to arrive. Once he arrived, I had to wait even longer for him to start diagnosing what my issues are with my car. Upon looking around, I noticed the building seems to be deteriorating as well as a lot of things were not up to “professional standards” (for lack of better words). Plus, it looks very unsanitary and dingy. Left my car for about 2-3 days just to come back to see nothing was repaired. It’s like they just left it where I parked it at & did absolutely NOTHING to fix what my issues were. Then on top of that, he wants to charge me $880 for service that wasn’t even fulfilled. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. ONCE AGAIN, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I will NEVER go there again! My vehicle was sitting there for 2 days and NOTHING WAS FIXED! He CLAIMED he ordered parts to repair my AC but, only put ANTIFREEZE in it!!!!! After TWO DAYS, he tells me that I need a compressor! You didn't see that on end FIRST DAY?! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. He comes in at 2pm and will keep your car OVER NIGHT! 😡😡😡😤

I would never come here again. This dude let my car accumulate 5 parking tickets and didn't even notify me. Also did a poor job at fixing my car. Such a dam crook. Excuse after excuse. Never again.
