I've used Gerber a couple times over the years and was always satisfied with the service and quality of the work. Recently, however, I found out that Gerber does not service EVs. This was surprising to hear, considering EVs and PHEVs have been in mass production since 2011. Seems like a pretty short-sighted business plan. The work that needed to be done on my vehicle (not a Tesla) would not have required any special, high voltage training (i.e. we're not talking about dropping the battery pack and trying to straighten a frame or something). It could have been handled just like any other vehicle. Whether this is a conscious business decision or something dictated by their insurance carrier, I don't know, but people need to accept reality and get with the times. EVs aren't just coming, they've been here for nearly 15 years.

Great customer service from start to finish. My contact Mathew was great, was very thorough with his inspection and estimate of my cars damage and repair. The office staff was great as well, made me feel very comfortable. They did such a great job on my Chevy Blazer, I brought my Corvette to them too. You couldn't even tell there was any damage to either vehicle. I would definitely go back and I would recommend them to anyone that needed collision repair.

I had my Subaru ascent repaired here for some body damage. The work was done in a timely manner and communication before, during and at the end of repair was good. There was an issue with one of the interior trim where it kept coming loose starting about 3 weeks after I picked up the car. I took it back twice where they “fixed” it each time but it kept becoming loose after a few days. Finally I spoke with the manager who apologized for the inconvenience, ordered a new trim and had it replaced which stopped the issue.

Staff is nice.. that is about it for this place. Unfortunately, we had to bring our car in multiple times due to their gross negligence and incompetence. For some reason, they decided to contact us to pick up our vehicle when the vehicle clearly wasn't ready yet. We had to bring our vehicle in again to re-align the tires which should have been done prior to us even coming to pick it up. When coming to pick it up for a second time, I guess a staff member, Michael, FAILED TO PROVIDE US WITH CRUCIAL INFORMATION regarding damage that couldn't be repaired because insurance wouldn't cover it. This part made no sense. We had 0 issues with handling and steering the car even after getting hit by the deer. This car had no issues with driving and did not need any towing. Instead of fixing issues, you guys create more to give your customers a headache. Good grief. We essentially received a vehicle that was repaired 80% of the way. If you were referred to bring your car in for repair here, please re-consider. You have been warned. I rarely post reviews, however, this experience has just been so awful that it is warranted.
