This shop was meant to fix my vehicle and instead they lit it on fire and now their insurance company deemed it a total loss and is only paying me the loan amount for my car. I got this car earlier this year. Meanwhile I have to now go get a new vehicle because they lit it on fire. So now I have to go put down a new down payment for a car and have been paying my car payment the months they’ve had my car. They do not think they owe me the money that i am now out of and again have to go put down more for a new car, which is all due to their mistake. I strongly suggest you think twice before using this company for your auto repairs because they may light your vehicle on fire and then deem it a total loss and any money that you put down for that car is gone and they won’t reimburse you for that, only the loan amount. To accept full responsibility would be to pay the amount for the loan and the money I am out of due to their mistake.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this is needed I feel. Brought my car in on April 10th to begin repairs, told me the repairs would take about 14 business days, here we are Almost 30 business days later and my car has been sitting in the paint department for the past 8 days untouched. They found a little bit of extra damage and it makes since for it to add a few extra days, but this timeframe is unacceptable. And every time I call Gerber because I had to keep extending my rental, they tell me that they hope to have it done next week (this happened twice). As long as the car comes back in phenomenal shape, I will be a little happier, but I will not be back here. On a plus side the employees are very nice. Update. They say someone’s been in contact with me to discuss my concerns but no one has been. The only contact I get is every Tuesday and Thursday telling me the same thing, my car is still in the paint dept and hopefully it’ll be done soon.

Took my car in for repairs in early December and was told work would start Jan 18. Called them early February and was told that not only had work not started, but they had not even scheduled me in. Completely ridiculous that I left my car there for almost 2 months only for them to tell me that they wouldn't work on my car. Screw you guys for keeping my car hostage for so long. Ended up costing me so much extra money to rent a car for 2 months that I didn't even need!
