Worst service I’ve ever had, after 33 days I get my car back it looks great a few days later driving down the driveway to my house the wheel starts shaking as I pushed on the break thinking I had a flat I get out to look and I’m missing a lug nut it broke off my car, I check the other lugs and I can turn 3 of the 4 with my hand they never tightened them up when they put the wheel back on. I could have been killed. Don’t trust this garage.

They did a phenomenal job My car had front end damage from a deer hitting me..before the accident my car was brand new...and after gerber repaired it it was brand new again!!! Also my car was ready 3 days early and after they repaired it from where the deer hit me My car was shiny and prettier than I've ever seen it!! Not only did they do a great job fixing it but they also did a great job cleaning it ...t's never been so clean in it's short history with me! Everyone at Gerber treated me so nicely and they promised me they would do a great job and they definitely delivered! I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone who needs any type of repair on their vehicle!!

I couldn’t recommend this shop more highly. I have worked with Dan (the shop general manager) for many years. We have had occasional bumps, fender benders and one serious deer incident over the last couple of decades. Dan is now running the shop at Amsterdam and knows every part of the repair and insurance process. He makes it so easy to work with them that I am happy to drive a bit further to see him in Amsterdam. The guys at Gerber recently repaired our Subaru and it is absolutely perfect. (See photo.)

Was willing to drop $1,100 into my car for body work and pay up front cash in hand . Was originally told drop it off at 8 am it will be done by 5 pm. Funny how the story changed when I got there . They wanted to hold onto my car for 5 days (in case of part delays) and make me sign a paper saying that’s ok . That’s not what I was told .. Basically they are dishonestl. the ugly lady in front was rude when I called them out on their bullshit “ ok you can go” I said” oh I am just letting you know your a bunch Of liars , funny how the story changes “ and left only in Amsterdam New York things like this happen bunch unprofessional people she didn’t even have the decency to say hello just got on her computer 🖥️ started typing 💬 after 3 minutes of silence I’m just like what do you want me to bring my keys in ? 😆 “ ya bring it in so I can tag it” the vibe was off and the guy who quoted me and shook hands with sang a different tune 🎵 when I asked how long this would take 5days .. 5 days to fix a light ? And to fix my fender .. they didn’t even order the parts is what they’re basically telling me .. after I made an appointment a month ago .
