Please don’t make my mistake and read the reviews. They took advantage of me being a woman but when my husband finally spoke to them they straightened up. My car has been there for months. They recently transferred it. They haven’t even started repairs. They got insurance approval about 2 months ago. This is insane. I have a message from The technician saying it may be done the week of thanksgiving which was 2 weeks ago.

I was happy with work and the staff although they became friendlier after 20 days keeping my car there. The repair duration was extended 3 times which was a big inconvenience for me about car rental allowance by my insurance company.

Listen to all of the bad reviews on this location. All are true. If you are a woman going here, be prepared to be treated with misogynistic men. I was there for a total of 30 minutes and what a complete waste of my time for just an estimate. The office was disorganized and they have one of the loudest receptionist. The furniture was dirty and had stains all over it. Ray was doing my estimate and kept calling me out for the damage on my car stating that I could've just fixed it myself. Not sure why he thought his opinion was needed since this would be business for his location. After getting frustrated with the comments he made a remark stating that I could be nicer to him. Okay, let's get HR in this place. How is that acceptable? Then while waiting after the rudest encounter, the receptionist was shouting and cursing at whatever she was doing on her computer. Apparently she needs more training because this happened three times in the 15 minutes I waited for the piece of paper. Save your time and go to the Aurora location, I know I will be from now on.

I'm not speaking to the work that we had done. The repairs were fine. I am however reviewing the costumer service or lack there of. I'm not exactly sure how hard it is to be friendly and respectful. Stephanie who I think is the manager was so rude on the phone. I don't know if a customer service course or phone skill course is need to be taken but something should be done to retrain her. We received text messages stating our car would be finished on Friday. We just got a call from Gerber saying our car will be done at 5 today (Thursday) and we need to pick it up by 530 today. Listen people have schedules work personal and other. Please don't call me less than two hours before demanding I pick up my car by 530 because of some insurance crap. I also don't think it's very pleasant to demand anything when you're dealing with customer service. We will never come back here for repairs. I'd rather take my business somewhere where we are treated with respect and our business is appreciated.

Well I never seen a bad customer service,I took my car to get fixed . the front desk lady so rude no customer greeting no smiling. Plus she let me waiting half hour!!!! Also the office smells like a hospital medicine and water fountain and coffee machine so dirty disgusting 🤮🤮 I give them 0
