My Kia sportage sustained some scratches on the front bumper, Jacob was great at quickly getting me an estimation of services, and scheduling service work. The Work took a few extra days to complete due to a paint shortage but he kept me informed, and I appreciate that. My front bumper looks really great and Jacob is a great asset to Gerber Collision and Glass. I am super happy with how it looks and the service that I received. I think this is location deserves a lot of recognition for their customer service! Thank you Jacob, I appreciate you and the team!

I came in to the shop and asked Jessie (Manger) for a helping hand as I had a flat tire and wanted to put air in it but we soon realized I needed to put the spare on which I was willing to pay for someone to swap it but Jessie told me no and told me to drive 2 miles down the road to Firestone. As I worked at this company for 8 years I was taught “Wow every customer and be the best” he wowed me alright…

Unfortunately, the Level of Service has dropped significantly. Don't be surprised when you call and you receive a discourteous "hello" promptly followed by "I'm doing you a favor" ... this is not the way it used to be. Which means it's possible for redemption?! ... will be following other Google reviews to see if that's the case otherwise we'll be going to a different Gerber collision (Naperville) instead.

A great shop to take away your worries. I just dropped my damaged car and they fixed it in the most professional way. The entire staff from receptionist the branch manager were amazing and team of sound professionals. Thanks Mcanly and Gerber. I strongly recommend the Gerber for all auto repairs.
