Repairs seem adequate but communication and professionalism are extremely concerning and I would not use them for service again. They are disorganized and lacking in customer service skills. I’m not one to leave reviews but here is an object list of the lack of service I experienced during my interactions with Gerber in Hendersonville: - I was given short notice, late on a Friday afternoon that my car would be ready for pickup. I was unable to leave work to drop off my rental by closing at 5pm that day and would need to pick up on Monday. Gerber staff pressured me to pick up that day, even trying to convince me they could drop off my car at my house and return the rental for me despite not being authorized to drive my rental (and drive me car?). Similarly, they wanted me to leave my rental at Gerber despite me still being liable for the rental. At 6pm we were called on speaker by 2 gentleman again pressuring us to pick up the car (after rental company was already closed), and threatening rental fees despite having no affiliation with the rental car company. Enterprise confirmed I should under no circumstances leave my vehicle under the care of Gerber or its employees. The following Monday we were notified that we actually could not pick up our car until the insurance company had settled the balance. Staff acknowledged that if we had picked it up as we were highly pressured to do, they would not receive payment for the repairs. I again had to rearrange my schedule and cancel rental return. - Information given over the phone is not consistently documented or passed along to other staff, I had to provide repetitive information multiple times setting up repairs and insurance. I also rescheduled my drop off time which again was not updated in the system so I was lectured when it appeared I was late to drop off despite calling and rescheduling with staff the week before. - At drop off staff forgot to have me sign paperwork and 2 days later I had to return to sign authorization for repair papers. - Progress update texts from “Doug” dramatically differed from over the phone updates. The day my car was finished I received a text at 8:54am that my car was out of body repairs and ready for paint. Via text my car was not set to be finished for another 2 weeks. There are better places to get your car worked on.

Took my 2018 F-350 to Hills Collision. They replaced my hood and painted it, as well as replaced and painted a bed side for me. Once they called and said it was ready, I went to get it and Chase went over the truck with me. I was very impressed with the quality of work that the crew did on my truck. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Store clean. Employees friendly. Prices are insane and in no way cost half of what I was quoted. They didn't care and I will never step foot into another Gerber ever again. I use to think it was the manager I worked for in ENC but apparently it is a company wide thing. 10 retainer clips and a splash guard quote of over $600? Maybe some other woman but not this one!

Hill collision center cut more corners than I could ever imagine. They replaced only one of two kidney grills on my BMW M3. They dislodged the intake during headlight install and left intake partially open. They shoved trim pieces in with brute force rather than proper alignment and bent tabs. Gaps galore. No informing me of progress despite multiple requests to insurance for higher payment. Avoid at all costs.

Tonya was so incredibly helpful! I hit a deer when two and half hours away from home for work, with no friends/family in the area to assist. The Enterprise in Hendersonville had no rentals and she took the time to personally call Enterprises in the surrounding area to ensure I got a rental. On top of that she was more than welcoming and accommodating as I had to wait 2+ hours for a ride. She made a stressful ordeal so much more manageable and I can’t express how appreciative I am. Additionally, Kevin gave me weekly updates about the status of my vehicle! And the condition in which I received my car was beautiful. I’m so grateful for the exceptional customer service at Gerber Collision and the quality of their work. Thank you so much!
