Okay, so I gotta give a MASSIVE shoutout to Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland. I was involved in a Hit and Run in a shopping center on my 2 month old Brand New Honda. ERNIE was the first point of contact and the last POC which was great. After the initial phone call, I was reassured they'd color match my paint to factory. That was my biggest concern. The front desk person Vivian was extremely pleassant, energetic, and empathetic when greeting and phoning me. She also thoroughly explained the process as well as explaining the paperwork I was asked to sign. The Staff at Gerber Collision were absolute wizards when it came to fixing up my Honda. These folks reassured they'd use OEM parts and calibrate ALL sensors to Honda Factory settings. Gerber Collision went went above and beyond in the customer service department and cleaned, polished and shined my car. It literally felt like I was driving the car off the lot Brand New Again. I was expecting to be without my wheels for at least two weeks, but these guys prioritized my car and fixed it within 2 and a half days. Gerber's communication was key, there was an app which provided regular status updates with parts, costs, and estimated date of completion. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. Hands down I'd recommend Gerber Collision to anyone needing their car repaired. These guys are the real deal. A+ service all around!

After our Lexus SUV got rear-ended by an inattentive driver, we followed our insurance company's advice and took our vehicle to Gerber Collision. Ryan and the rest of the Gerber crew did an absolutely fantastic job! They wasted no time in ordering the new parts after the appraisal, and even arranged for us to be picked up by Enterprise Rent-a-Car. As it turned it, we did not need the rental car for very long. In just a couple of days, our Lexus was ready! The back bumper and the rest of the vehicle looked brand new. Gerber washed the outside of the car and even cleaned the interior, even though it had nothing to do with the repair. Nice! If we ever have to take our vehicles to an auto body shop in the future, we will make a bee line to Gerber Collision.

The work done at this location is phenomenal. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. I had the pleasure of working with Fernando. Although working with my insurance was a nightmare Fernando made sure to restore my car back to its original beauty after it was vandalized. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and made sure everything was explained to me. They work really fast as well so I wasn’t without a car for too long. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs bodywork. Damage: keyed front to back + dent Price around $2800 (paid $500 deductible)

HUGE thank you to Ryan and his team for making my car look brand new !! The work done was amazing and me and my boyfriend couldn’t be happier with the results ! We dropped it off Monday and were able to pick it up that Thursday ! He was very communicative with any updates he was able to give us and we are so grateful for his professionalism given to us ! Thank you Ryan we will definitely come back in the future for any problems !

Amazing communication with everything from the repairs to the rental pick-up and drop-off questions! The repair was faster than expected too and I was wonderfully surprised with a cleaner car when I picked it up! My windows have not been that clean since the day I bought my car and I can only hope to keep them that clean. Very happy with all the interactions I experienced and I only wish the repair took longer so I could've enjoyed my rental lol shout out to Vivian and Ryan for answering all my questions before I could even ask them! Made me feel at ease about the entire experience :)
