Took great care of my car, repair was quality and time frame was more than reasonable. Before/After pictures of the liftgate/bumper repair. Paint looks good. I suspect the bad reviews I'm reading are entitled adult children who didn't get absolutely everything they demanded. I know for a fact we have all seen a Karen or two completely melt down with the slightest inconvenience. You know they went home and left a crazy review.

So on 7/19/24 I was referral over to Germain by my service agent at Lexus of Easton, I went to get an estimate on two areas of my car done but was going to pay cash for one damage and the other was covered by insurance. The guy that gave me the estimate stated that it would be completed in one or two weeks. Took the car in on 8/12/24 and got a rental car. I called in to see the progress of my car and I got the run arounds every week. I email the guy and gotten what sound like an excuse one after another about why my car is not being worked on. They had to order a part for the car and he had no ETA on the shipment therefore can not work on my part of the damage,at this point I had to return the rental after extending over 3 weeks. I gave them another week and then I called and still no idea when the part will come in so I expressed to him that I will just pick up my car and to let me know when it comes in and I will bring it back. Then the next day got an email from him that the part was in and it was up to me to continue or I can still cancel the service. So I continue with the repair. Then a week goes by have not heard from him until I called and got Brianna Gingrich whom stated that the guy will be out for a few weeks and she would take over. WHEN I SAID SHE TOOK OVER, she delivered. She followed up with every step of the way and I got my car back in less then two weeks. I was going to RATE them a 0 but because of Brianna I will have to give HER a 5+. Thank you so much Brianna. FYI if you are having issues ask for Brianna Gingrich body shop manager, she is amazing.

During my commute to work a few months back, a screw got stuck in my tire. AAA was called and they sent a person out to patch the tire. Unfortunately, the person that was sent accidentally jacked the car up in the wrong spot and caused damage under the car. Mistakes happen. I brought my Ford Explorer ST to Germain Collision and initially met with Brianna. She was very on top of it, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I picked the car up today and I'm very pleased with the work they did. If I'm ever unfortunate enough to need body work done again, I'll be bringing the car back to Germain Collision as they have earned my trust with their quality work.

69 DAYS AND STILL COUNTING… We took my wife’s brand new Lexus in because a deer ran into the side of it. We thought GERMAIN would be a certified Lexus repair shop so we brought it here. Long story short, it has been an ongoing nightmare to work with them and we are still not done. 30+ days in, they fired the gentleman handling the case. We were then transferred to Ashley, and the nightmare has continued. Terrible communication, she blamed the previous employee and constantly told us, “it should be done in a few days, one more part.” We finally demanded an end of day text update on the vehicle. They FINALLY said we could pick it up on DAY 65 because it was finished. So, we dropped off our rental and went to the shop at 8am on a Friday and our car was outside in the rain and had to request it to be brought inside so we could inspect it. During our inspection, we found missing parts! She did not/forgot/ordered the wrong last of the parts!!! Not only that, we found several loose pieces of trim! Mind you, this was a BRAND NEW LEXUS WITH 2,000 MILES ON IT. We are still not done with repairs but I wanted to review now because it may be many more months until it’s complete. Do not use Germain Collision, go to 3C or some other reputable shop.

Spent over $6000 out of pocket for collision repair last fall. The new bumper they put on was never lined up correctly on drivers side. Took back today for correction (took almost 3 months for parts to come in)! Drivers side still not right and when I got home I saw they hit my passenger side while making repair! Immediately returned to shop and of course they played dumb!! Stay away!!
