German Auto Specialist

I had a disappointing experience with German Auto Specialist. Their customer service was unprofessional, and the repair took much longer than promised. Despite charging premium rates, the quality of work was subpar, and I had to return multiple times to fix the same issue. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked proper communication. I expected expertise in German cars, but the results were far from satisfactory. Definitely not worth the hassle or the high cost. Would not recommend. 🚫

Updated and added another star just because Jimmy was kind of enough to call me and give me the good news that the other guy is no longer there. But I still don't feel comfortable going but I do appreciate someone reaching out. Zero stars! Absolutely not female friendly! Do not believe the hype! I went to this place because I had a lot of good reviews but they must be old or they must have family or friends write them for them. I went in for a specific issue and $1,600 later I'm still having the same issue. Not to mention that after they fixed my coolant, it broke within days. And the cherry on top was when I called in and spoke to David. He absolutely treated me like I was in the wrong and they don't need my business because they have so much. That man needs to take some customer service classes or grow a heart. Unfortunately as much as I wanted to, I will absolutely not go back here ever again and will tell everyone about how horrible my time was here.

I didn’t feel comfortable driving around with a loud noise coming from my Mercedes-Benz C350 when I arrived I asked one of the workers Emilio would he help me and he offered to help me find out where the noise was coming from I was approached by Raven the owner that I was taking up too much time right at the end of the day and it’s a Friday, which I don’t understand why you would stop another employee from helping me find out what the problem is with my car turns out it was the control arm it was broken, so this was covered for my warranty. Thank God Emilio, he went the extra mile and found out what was wrong, and he took his time and put the car up in the air and found that it was cracked. sway bar,Thank you Emilio, you are the best, for your extraordinary service.
