Friendly, reasonable, and quick! We took our car here for a second opinion and they fixed an issue for literally 1% of the cost of the other place (granted the other place wasn't right about the issue, lol). Would definitely come back!

This shop is by far the most reliable I've known. Owners and technicians are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, honest, experienced, with stellar customer service. Repairs are completed quickly & thoroughly, performed with the highest quality workmanship. I am consistently impressed with the service at Gerry's Tire & Alignment (ps- they do WAY more than just tires and alignment!)

Bad experiences twice at this shop. Their idea of customer service is to gaslight the customer for anything they screw up. First time, my wife got an alignment that didn't fix the pull on her car. When we called back, they were adamant it wasn't pulling anymore (even though it was). So that was a waste of money. This last time I had a very simple job: remove the valve stems (caps got stuck on). I asked them to please be careful not to scratch the nice wheels on my newer car. When I come back there were 2 wheels that had scratches from them trying pliers on the valve stem. When I brought it up to the service desk they blamed me. The customer is always wrong here. I don't recommend Gerry's.

I used this shop several times in the past and never had a problem until recently. In July 2018, i did a complete rebuild of the rear suspension on my car. As is standard procedure on a job of this type, I noted the position of the alignment cam bolts, and took photos of them before starting to disassemble the suspension. I then returned those adjustment bolts to the same position after reassembling everything. I then scheduled an alignment at Gerry's to complete the project. When the alignment was finished, the bolts were adjusted to a significantly different position than where I had noted them. I thought this was odd but I figured the alignment geometry had changed due to the new and tighter bushings I had installed. Several months later in November it was time to swap my summer tires for the winter tires. i was very upset to discover that my tires were completely ruined because they were obviously not aligned correctly! I brought this concern to the owner (who was in no hurry to look into it. Couldn't get me in for several days). When they did finally get the car back on the alignment rack, I was told that everything was in spec and adjusted to where it should be. When I got home I checked the alignment bolts again and somehow they had mysteriously moved back to approximately where they were back in July before starting my project. It was very clear to me that my car had been terribly misaligned and my tires ruined because of it. It was also very clear to me that the technician who worked on my car and/or the owner were trying to cover up their mistake. Once again I brought all of this to the attention of the owner. He told me he would work with me and give me a deal on some new tires. A couple months later, I stopped in at Gerry's once again to see about ordering my new tires. The "deal" was about $60 dollars higher than full price at one of the other local tires retailers. The owner said he couldn't help me because it would be money out of his pocket. Well what about the money out of my pocket? He made some comments about the questionable condition of the damaged tires trying to justify the situation by saying they were almost worn out anyway. Those tires had 9/32 tread on them before they were damaged and had plenty of life left! He finally offered me a free alignment next time. The more I thought about it the $112 free alignment doesn't make up for my $300 tires that they ruined! I get that mistakes happen. A good shop will do the right thing and eat the cost of their mistake to make things right with the customer. As far as I'm concerned, Gerry's owes me $300! I won't be returning, and I will be telling everyone about my experience with this unprofessional shop!
