I had my first experience at Gil’s yesterday because my normal mechanic couldn’t get me in on such short notice. My experience with the whole team was top-notch! In fact, afterwards I immediately called my husband to tell him we now have a new mechanic! ❤️ They were friendly, thorough, quick, and knowledgeable about my issue. I waited with my 1.5 year old daughter and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable waiting area. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend them!

I HIGHLY recommend GIL'S! This was my first time going to GIL'S. My check engine light was on, and they got back to me the second day. Keith, especially, was the nicest and most pleasant man.. he answered every little question I had, and didn't rush me one bit! I highly recommend Gil's; you know you can feel confident in getting a good job done! I will certainly will be a repeat customer to Gil's! Thank you Gil's for everything!! 🥰

I had a very frustrating experience at Gil’s Garage (CP) with my vehicle's alignment. On my first visit, they adjusted only the toe and completely ignored the camber and caster, yet they still charged me and allowed me to leave. It was evident as soon as I saw my truck the alignment was still off. I returned to the shop to address the issue, and after another round of work, they informed me that the alignment couldn't be properly fixed because a pin was missing. Instead of ordering and installing the necessary part, they told me that the current alignment was "as good as it’s going to get." This experience was highly disappointing and raised concerns about the shop's attention to detail, quality of work, and overall effort. If a basic service like alignment is handled with such negligence, it makes me wonder how many other vehicles have left this shop in similar or worse conditions. The lack of thoroughness and willingness to resolve the issue was alarming. I expected better communication and a genuine commitment to fixing the problem, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I would not recommend this shop for alignment services or any other work based on my experience.

My vehicle was towed to Gil’s after an unexpected incident. They quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me a great price and finished the repair a day earlier than promised. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I was greeted with friendliness and given information I needed such as price of inspection and how long it would take. They were spot on with both. And the didn’t try to upsell me with anything! The waiting room was comfortable with coffee, tea or water.

Gil's Garage is a top notch auto repair shop. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I had extensive work done on my vehicle and they did an excellent job. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Gil's for future work on my car. Give them a try!! You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely love bringing my car to Gil’s. They are kind, courteous and prompt. I also enjoy the clean and welcoming environment that they have to offer customers when they are waiting. Would totally recommend all friends and family to bring their car there.
