Glenn's Auto Service is super great and now has me as a customer for life! I had gone to a referred mechanic and even to the Nissan dealership in Gardenia but even after spending $600 my Nissan Juke was still not able to get smog checked because the "check engine" light was still on. Thanks to Google Maps, I found Glenn's Auto. The quality and level of service, their honesty, professionalism, and stellar customer care was unlike any I had ever experienced from an auto shop before. I was given a free over-the-phone consult after sharing information of what services had been done, and I felt like they really cared about my situation. Only after giving my car a thorough, I mean thorough digital and hands-on inspection, they shared what needed to be done, and provided an estimate that didn't increase when the bill was due. They also kept my car and drove it about 50 miles to insure that their work was successful and that I would be able to drive safely. They even got my car smog checked. Whenever they said they would call back, they did, and they finished repairing my car within the time frame they estimated. And, they even completed their service by leaving cookies and a thank you on my steering wheel! I am so grateful to Mike & his wife, Jason, and their amazing mechanics who got my car back on the road. Yep, they are the only mechanics I'll ever need as long as my Juke stays alive.

Amazing place to bring your car to. Always very reliable and very communicative. They have a new system for checking your vehicle and send a link with all the details of what they have checked so you can see. Never try to overprice and are very caring. Overall great people to depend on for your car troubles.

I was treated with respect and the front desk clerk was very knowledgeable. He was kind enough to check my car and inform me of what was needed. The emission test was done fast and I’m coming back for other car services as needed. Thanks
