I made an appoint because I had a recall on my stelvio. My appointment was originally schedule for 10am but I had to reschedule for later in the day due to another appointment. I showed up for my appointment 3 hours early and was told it may take longer than the time I was told because there were people scheduled for appointments before me. I had no problem waiting. To my surprise my car was completed in less time than originally planned
