GoldCoast Collision & Towing of Massapequa Park

Gold Coast Collision was amazing. I had a situation where I needed my car transported and I called in the morning and they were able to help me within the same hour. I requested a flat bed due to my car being able to drive and didn’t want to have it pulled and they were able to accommodate that with no difficulty. Nelson was very friendly, professional and communicative throughout the entire process. His partner was very fast, efficient and took care of my car during transport. I would give them 10 stars if I could and would definitely use them again.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the repairs at Gold Coast Collision they went above and beyond with what was required after my auto accident and took care of other small repairs needed on the car. I will recommend them to all my friends and family and will bring it back to them for anything needed in the future. Best collision center in town!

Nelson and the team at Gold Coast were amazing! Someone rear ended my brand new Lexus suv. Nelson and the team arranged my vehicle to be fixed promptly. They took care of everything for me including setting up a rental car. In the end, my car looked like it had never been hit. Will definitely be recommending Gold Coast for any future needs.

I had an exceptional experience with GoldCoast Collision & Towing of Massapequa Park when I found myself in a tough spot—my car had its tires and rims stolen and the car was left sitting on milk crates. After doing a little research to find a reputable towing company who could properly handle towing a wheel-less car, I was directed to GoldCoast. They were efficient, reassuring, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Their expertise in dealing with such a predicament was evident, and they took great care not to cause any further damage to the vehicle. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and their ability to tackle even the most difficult towing scenarios with ease.

I was stranded on a Sunday afternoon waiting for roadside assistance through my car’s warranty for hours. As soon as I called Gold Coast they gave me an ETA right away and with in an hour my car was picked up. He provided excellent service and was truly courteous and professional. Even went the extra mile to hold on to my car overnight since the dealer was not open till Monday. I truly appreciate such great service.
