This place is amazing. Got things done in a timely manner, didn't have to wait long for car to be brought back. Gal upfront is very sweet. Nice to have a conversation with while your waiting. Dropped off my car for a bit of smoke next thing I know they take it apart (without asking) then tell me oil spilled on the alternator and my car battery died when they moved it. (Battery is new and I never had issues starting the car) then they told me 1100$ for a new alternator. I take it to another honest mechanic and he tells me it was a radiator cap leaking coolant on the alternator. Alternator is fine and it was a 49$ FIX. On top of that when I picked up the car from golden wrench they told me that they just suggest a replacement. They wouldn’t have even fixed the problem. Ridiculous and dishonest. Don’t drop ur car off here unless you want them to fix everything but the problem.

Met Juan for the first time the shop area was clean and organized. The mechanics were professional and detailed in there work. I had a scheduled service done on my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350....Job well done!! I will continue to do business with them I'm a satisfied customer.

Fixed my Mercedes. Had a new valve body and control module replaced. Drives awesome! They are great mechanics with great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

On 10.20.24, I dropped off my truck at this facility at 9:00 AM to address an issue with burnt wires beneath my dashboard. Despite clearly requesting them to inspect and address this specific problem, they failed to do so. Instead, they claimed to replace a bulb in the battery, which neither resolved my issue nor aligned with my initial request. I did not receive my truck back until 4:30 PM—a significant delay considering the minimal work performed. When I reiterated my original request to inspect the dashboard wires, they insisted I would need to pay an additional $169 for further diagnostics. This is inexcusable, as they had already charged me for service that did not address the problem I brought the vehicle in for. Ultimately, I had to call a mobile electrician who resolved the issue in under 30 minutes for less than half the price charged by Golden Wrench. I feel their actions were unprofessional and predatory, prioritizing additional charges over proper service. Please investigate this company for their practices, as I believe other customers may be at risk of similar treatment.
