Goodguys Tire and Auto

I was able to get in quickly and the service was completed the same day. They fixed the issue it was bright in for and recommended another service that could have been dangerous if not repaired. I received pictures by text, although they arrived after they called with the recommendation. I probably could have asked to see them first. Dave was easy to talk to and explained things well. Would recommend.

These guys are actually good guys! They helped me with my yukon that I was trying for months to fix with no success. Ishmael was very accommodating and and Edward gave me a really good price on the work done. They also replaced another part for me for free since it was similar to the issue I went in for. They earned my return business.

These Guys Took care of me appreciate the Help bought a car and didn't have the wheel lock as I got a flat down Blackstone wheel lock removal (locks $80) and new tire (60)$!!! Because mine was bad but Cost was a reasonable price for 140 and they did both locks for me 🤟 was a hour wait

I just want to say, I really appreciate the Good Guys Tire shop being there when I really needed them. I got a nail in my back tire, and fortunately, The Good Guys Tire shop was really close by. I took my car in and they inspected it for me. Turns out, I needed new tires, and in a matter of two hours, I was able to get four brand new tires. The tread had worn out. I was even able to replace my windshield wipers, which also, were worn out. My car drives like a brand new vehicle. David, the service manager, was awesome! He really helped me too, because I had a lot of expenses recently, and I was able to not only get a discount, but get a card so I could defer the unexpected cost. So thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed.

I came in on a Saturday, early. I was able to be helped right away. Whole process took about 2hrs. I did not wait in the office, they texted/called when my car was ready. I was purchasing 4 new tires. They also did a cursory examine of my car as well. There was a little hiccup with a brittle part on my rim, but the nicely compensated by reducing my bill. Which was definitely satisfactory to me. I will visit this location again for my tire related inquires.

!!!LADIES BEWARE!!! I went to Good Guys because I needed new tires. They told me I'd also get a $30 oil change since I purchased tires with them. I thought that sounds good to me. I typically go to oil changers for my oil changes but I definitely wanted to take advantage of my $30 oil change so I went back to good Guys. The person assisting me did not initially offer me the $30 price even though I told him when i first got there that's what was offered. They also told me I needed to have my coolant serviced so I agreed to the extra cost. The last time I went to oil changers, I had something serviced but they mentioned I needed something else serviced soon so I figured that must have been what it was. ( sorry, I'm just a girl, i don't pay attention to that stuff, but i definitely will now. I just fix what is suggested and assume people are honest.) I usually get my oil changed every 3-5 months but this time I had to get it changed within 2 months! I went back to oil changers and they asked me why I had the coolant changed AGAIN when I just had it done with them in August! I'm so disappointed with Good Guys, they definitely took advantage of an oblivious woman. I'm sure I over paid for the tires and payed for services that weren't necessary! Lesson Learned.
