The Goodyear Auto Service in Onalaska, WI has served me so well two times in two months now! The store manager Paul literally saved me in July when I pulled into his store so stressed due to my brakes failing while knowing I had to drive out of state the next day! He and his staff went above and beyond to squeeze me in without an appointment and find me a typically unavailable same day replacement part - I was SO relieved I could safely drive back home as planned. I have since moved here, and when I experienced another unexpected auto issue, I immediately called to make an appointment with Goodyear in Onalaska. Once again, Paul AND his staff took good care of me : incredibly efficient with positive attitude, transparent sharing of information, and respectful of my low auto knowledge. I am a new and loyal customer - highly recommend!

Go in for a slight grinding in my brakes. Turns out I needed new shoes in the rear of the vehicle. Goodyear charged $610 for a set of brake shoes,unreasonable. Then the mechanic told me that he was doing me a favor because he took $180 off the original price. Is $790 a good deal for a new set of brake shoes?

They were absolutely amazing and I will definitely go there again and again. The price may be a bit more than I would like but the service was phenomenal!!! I brought my dog and we waited inside. My pup got treats, loving, and made friends in the waiting room. Very professional and extremely nice people. They give you the price upfront so you know what to expect.

I own a business and had a major tire puncture. Last minute and had to replace both tires. Greg was great, he was able to get me in, and Devin was an amazing tech. Got my stuff done faster than expected so I was able to get back onto the next job. Very impressed!
