John ( the manager) and his staffs DOESN'T even have Basic knowledge you should not mix different types of tires on the same axle. They need to be replace IMMEDIATELY for public safety. They previously rotated a low tread tire from the front to the rear. The car was fishtailing during the rain. I almost lost control and had an accident. I had to bring the car back today and wasted another 2 hours to get the tire replaced. I will be taking legal action. I would not trust them to service my car for my safety. According to NHTSA guidelines, you should not mix different types of tires on the same axle; meaning, if you need to replace tires on one axle, always install a pair of identical tires on that axle, regardless of whether they are different from the tires on the other axle. The staff who answered my call on 11/21/24 at 12:11pm was extremely rude. I asked a few questions regarding tire rotation. First of all, I'm not a car person, so I did not know it's called tire rotation instead mistakenly said tire flip/switch. He immediately dismissed me and said Goodyear doesn't offer that service, but the way he replied was very condescending. And when I finally asked how long was the wait time, he initially said 1.5 hours (I believe), then I asked again for a clarification and he increased it to 4.5 hours. And then 5.5 hours. Will get my tires rotated at Bruce's instead (who patiently and respectfully answered my questions.)
