Went in for a tire I had just popped on expressway. Still had 25 psi when I parked. I was confident it would be repairable since had only driven on it less then a mile and it was a slower leak. I pulled the car into a spot next to the garage doors thinking they would put air into since I parked in a spot the air would reach. By the time I spoke to someone at the counter as there were 2 in front of me it was 30 minutes later. They drove it in the garage without putting air into the car although I mentioned that’s why I parked where I did. They then told me that it wasn’t fixable and that the puncture was on the side although it clearly is on the tire and on the tread. They must have a different definition of side of tire as anywhere on tire is the side. So I leave with a doughnut on and I drive down the road and the tire gets fixed by an honest tire shop. Just a small nail on the tread Don’t go here. Not honest at all and will tell you how much they know about tires. Only thing they think they know is how to scam and surely not any thing about tires and what is fixable. The guy at the Goodyear counter kept repeating himself, “I’m not going to give you a free tire”. I never asked for a free tire just for them to fix the very fixable tire I had. Their only interest to sell you a new tire and not fix what you have like the tire shop I went to right after did. Bring your business somewhere else if you need your tire fixed.

they did the oil change for my car, and messed up by putting in to much oil. The liquid was then spread to wires and damaged the electronic sensors. After had 3rd party mechanic check the problems, I called Goodyear's customer claim center and they refused to repair the damages or reimburse any repair cost. --------------------------------------------------------------- Disregard what the store owner or manager said as the response to my post. I called their customer claim center number before posting this message. The customer claim center guys responded with a non-of-my-business attitude, and after days of reviewing the damage and repair reports from the 3rd party mechanic shop, they 1. refused to check my car's status at any of their store 2. refused to pay the repair costs of the damage 3. refused to give any reason of the refusal So after all, the answer I got from the shop, and the customer claim center is "that is not my business, not my fault". It is a total waste of time.

Been getting my car serviced at this location for years for oil and brake pad changes, tire repairs and state inspections. It’s gotten more popular/ busy lately as the crew has grown,but with Phil and his great customer service he remembers me as a regular! Having that rapport with customers makes it feel more like a community rather than just a transaction. I feel more comfortable asking follow up questions about my services and appreciate the reminders when they check thoroughly if anything else needs attention. Thanks!!

Goodyear always takes care of me! Phil went above and beyond in providing the most excellent service. He made the whole experience so much less stressful for me. He was very kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process for my vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable, offering clear answers to all of my questions and ensuring I felt informed every step of the way. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the results exceeded my expectations. Goodyear and Phil provide not only excellent service but peace of mind. Will never bring my car anywhere else!

The best service I’ve ever received! These guys know what they’re doing and they do the job very well! For context I have an extended cab sprinter van that needed new tyres, these guys were able to take care of everything and they did it quick! I spoke with one of the mechanics while they were servicing my van and instantly I can tell he’s very experienced, my rig was a bit too heavy for the lifts but that didn’t stop these guys, they swiftly took action and jacked it up the old fashioned way. The guy that was helping me out did a terrific job as did all the other technicians and mechanics at this location. You won’t be disappointed with the service here!!
