I always get my new tires from this location and buy the Road Hazzard Protection plan. Great staff, very knowledgeable. I trust them. I also get my NYS Inspection done here as well. There are plenty of seats, some by the tv and coffee station and the rest by the front windows. There are outlets on the desk, so bring your chargers if you plan on waiting for your vehicle.

I have been there twice and had nothing but problems… my first visit I listed three specific problems- one I was told did not exist (the engine noise happened as I pulled out of their parking lot), an oil change (👍) and a tire rotation where they refused and tried to gaslight me into an overpriced set of tires. Mavis confirmed my tires were fine the next day. Today they were incapable of replacing my serpentine belt without making a ton of excuses. Really sad I have to drive out of my way to get service done that I do not own the tools to do myself.

Terrible service. Paid for 4 tires and alignment. Dropped it off Tuesday and 7 hours later I called to find out it still wasn’t ready. I picked up the truck and went home to find that my truck was pulling hard to the left. Went in the next day to find out when I can bring it back to have it adjusted. Their response was not until Friday the earliest. Crazy they cant get me in for 3 days after I already paid to have the work done. No communication. Will not be returning again. Had to go to Goodyear in jericho to have it fixed the right way.

Made appointment to fix leak in tire.. Waited 2 hrs for them to tell me that the tire was fine and that it didn’t have ANY leak. I reiterated to them that my tire was dead flat on 2 occasions this past week and that I had inflated them myself at night and the next morning they were flat. The worker told me they ran every test on the tire and stated that “ he didn’t know what to tell me”. I left baffled but relied on the “ professionals”…. 4 hrs after I took my car home, my psi on that tire was at 26!!!! Made appointment at Mavis for the next day and they found the leak and showed it to me within 15 minutes of being at the location.. It was right in the middle of the tire tread!!!! Not sure what tests the Goodyear employees did on the tire but you just list a loyal customer and Mavis just gained one!!!

I tried giving this goodyear many chances but after the way the manager or supervisor Anthony acted this way, I filed a complaint directly with the Executive Office. Last year, they removed the panel from my toyota to change the oil and never placed it back on. Then after doing inspection on that car in 2023, not sure what was done, wheel bearings started making noise. It will cost me almost $1800 replacing them. Now fast forward to today, I took my other vehicle for inspection and they said it wouldn’t pass with the front tires (which are pretty much unused since I took it to inspection same location last year but sure). I asked how much it would be as I could get good used tires $40 each. He said it was $67 each and then said $105, i asked if that was the final price as for the car failing inspection for me to go get $80 vs paying $105 and paying $37 twice for inspection it was not worthy. He said yes. It comes time to pay they said it was $209. Never EVER I agreed to that amount. Why would I pay $209 vs paying $80 + $37 = $117?????? And when I said I was not paying that, the manager said I had to pay labor to remove them so I proceed to call the right people in my team to handle this he said “I’ll do $105 but you are not welcome here anymore”. Just beware in paying MORE than quoted when bringing your car here for inspection.

Had a tire warning so I made a very easy appointment on the site. I had the most smooth and excellent experience. In and out in around 35 minutes. My tire issue was fixed and there was no charge. 10/10!
