My sister took her truck in and they charged her 284. Dollars for a battery and was suppose to do a oil change that they never did

Terrible. Brought 2 different cars for alignment. Both cars had the front end practically rebuilt. They made us do ball joints and tie rods on one and struts on the other. Both had almost new tires and the front tires wore out on both in less than a year. The jeep was less than 6 months. I think they were mad I didn't have the work done there. These guys were not friendly but they're the only guys in town with an alignment machine so I guess they think they can do whatever they want. The don't care either because the police department keeps them in business bringing their cruisers there. I wouldn't take anything here. They say they sell used tires too but I'll bet if you call and ask for one they won't have it and they'll try to sell you something new though lol. Watch these guys. I'm pretty sure they didn't even move my car from where I dropped it off, they just wrote me an invoice saying the did something the never did twice.
